Software License Agreement (EULA)

1. Commercial Client License Grant
Upon delivery and satisfaction of commercial contract terms, Auxacode Technologies grants the client a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, execute, display, distribute, and commercialize all custom software codebases and digital applications produced during the engagement.
2. Third-Party & Open-Source Dependencies
Auxacode builds applications using high-grade, permissive open-source frameworks (e.g. Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, PostgreSQL) licensed primarily under MIT, Apache 2.0, or BSD licenses.
We maintain strict software bills of materials (SBOM) and ensure zero copyleft GPL compliance contamination in proprietary enterprise codebases.
3. Usage Restrictions & Prohibitions
Licensees agree not to:
- Use delivered software for unlawful, malicious, or state-sanctioned offensive cyber activities.
- Remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary notices embedded within third-party dependencies.
- Claim authorship of proprietary pre-existing Auxacode core scaffold libraries for external re-sale as a standalone template.
