Terms & Conditions
1. Agreement to Terms & Scope Formalization
By engaging Auxacode Technologies Private Limited ("Auxacode", "we", "us") for custom software engineering, web application development, UI/UX design, or by using our digital properties, you ("Client", "User") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Specific scopes of work, milestones, deliverables, and technical criteria are codified in written Statements of Work (SOW) or signed proposals. To protect both parties, project scope must be explicitly documented in writing; verbal discussions or informal messages do not constitute binding scope changes until formally confirmed in an approved project addendum.
2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Auxacode retains ownership over pre-existing core starter frameworks, reusable developer libraries, and generic utilities, granting the Client a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to utilize such components as embedded within their deliverables.
3. Milestone Delivery & Client Acceptance
All development follows structured sprints with accessible staging environments:
- Review Period: Clients receive a designated User Acceptance Testing (UAT) review period for each completed milestone release.
- Change Requests: Modifications falling outside the signed SOW scope will be itemized and quoted under a separate sprint extension or addendum.
- Sign-off: Final deployment to production is initiated upon explicit client verification and milestone sign-off.
4. Post-Launch Warranty & SLA
We stand behind the quality and reliability of our engineering:
5. Confidentiality & Mutual Non-Disclosure
Auxacode treats all proprietary client business logic, trade secrets, roadmaps, and customer records with strict confidentiality under enforceable mutual NDAs. Neither party shall disclose confidential project details to third parties without prior written consent.
